Controversy Over Cocktail Waitress

It has been brought to our attention that some people (actually one so far) may be offended by our registration model (above). For the record, we were tired of the same old trite real estate advertisements and decided to try something a little different. It was never our intentions to be offensive or distasteful. We would love to hear your opinions……should she stay or should she go?.

Well I for one think it’s awesome. If they can use sex to sell jell-o (successfully I might add) why not real estate? I presume National Land Sales may forever be branded with “pioneers of sex and real estate” is that a bad thing? Kudos!

This is the Bible Belt. Most folks will find your use of this model unbecoming. I would think you would want to appeal to the largest base possible, not prurient interests. It is troubling that you have to survey visitors to this website to know whether using such a model is right or wrong. Do you really want your clients to be the ones answering favorably to this survey? Do you care about the character or the buyers of your properties?

After receiving your flyer in the mail and visiting this website, I can tell you I have no further interest in your company.
